In order to receive an exchange or refund, you must make a request to return to the seller. It is necessary to attach a photo to your message for proof of the defect.
Here is how to do this:
- Log in to your customer account with your email address and password.
- You will find in "My orders", the heading "Cancellation or Return".
- Select the subject "Request refund" and "Product arrived damaged but package intact" or "Product and packaging arrived damaged" or "Defective product."
- Write your message.
- Click on "Choose File" to attach photos supporting your claim.
The seller will respond to you within 1-2 working days via email to confirm that they have received your request.
If you do not receive a response from the seller within this time, please notify ManoMano of your dispute.
