I would like to modify my order

Usually, once your order has been validated, the seller is not obliged to make any changes.

Depending on the progress of your order, certain sellers may be able to respond to your request.

A. Modification: add one/multiple items

You must place a second order or request the cancellation of the current order in progress and place a new order.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact the seller to request this.

Here is how to do this:

  1. Connect to your customer account using your email address and password.
  2. In the section "My orders", you will find the option "Cancellation or Return".
  3. Choose the subject which fits your request.
  4. You just need to write your message and send it. The seller will respond to you within 1-2 working days via email to confirm that they have received your request.

B. Modification: remove one/multiple items

Here is how to do this:

  1. Connect to your customer account using your email address and password.
  2. In the section "My orders", you will find the option " Cancellation or Return".
  3. Choose the subject which fits your request.
  4. You just need to write your message and send it. The seller will respond to you within 1-2 working days to confirm that they have received your request.

In both cases, if your order has already been shipped it is not possible to cancel it. We recommend that you refuse the delivery of your order so that it can be returned to the sender. Attention: if you refuse the delivery, according to the law of retraction the seller has the right to deduct the return delivery fees from your refund.

C. Modification: change your details

Here is how to do this:

  1. Connect to your customer account using your email address and password.
  2. In the section "My orders", you will find the option "Where is my order?".
  3. Choose the option "Delivery times have not been exceed but I will not be at home on the dates indicated".
  4. You just need to write your message and send it. The seller will respond to you within 1-2 working days to confirm that they have received your request.
